* If grant funds are not expended by June 30th of the next fiscal year and applicants would like to request an extension in funding, applicants must send a request, in writing, to the BMEF Grants Committee Chairs before this date with reason for extension. Requests will be reviewed by the BMEF Grants Committee Chairs and applicants will be notified of the decision.
